Designing a Content Delivery Application
Atha: aims to empower rural government school teachers and students by providing them quality content, mapped to their context. My work focused on finding the right strategy and solution to achieve this mission. I prepared a design brief based on CXO's vision and lead entire project team towards the stated goal. In order to onboard new partners and hire talented individuals, my major goal was to create a 'proof of concept' in the shortest time.
I conducted entire design research to understand the user, their needs and their aspirations. Based on the design research, I pivoted project direction to focus more on teachers as teachers emerged as key influencers while mapping entire system. To align with teachers' need, I developed a three-phase strategy for user experience design.
Based on this UX Strategy, I lead entire design and development of this application. Currently, this application is being piloted in Karnataka Government Schools.
